We’re living in the golden age of gaming. And, everything that’s being produced right now is platinum on their own. However, in this article, we’re not going to rank a singular game.
Instead, we’ll focus on something more exclusive and unique – the gaming franchises – here. So, let’s get on with it right away.
Best Gaming Franchises – Ranked!
Before we get started, here’s a tip for you. If our article makes you feel interested about either of the games, you can download them from the pirate bay for free.
Also, another thing – the choices we’re going to about here are our and our opinion only. So, if you have another suggestion for us, do comment below.
We’ll surely check it out.
The Fifth Best – The Fallout Series.
The core storyline of the Fallout series circles the theory of nuclear warfare and the tragedy that ensues afterwards. During the course of the gameplay, you tend to follow through with a lot of mutant enemies, including bosses. Each of them has their own background story too.
The gameplay of the series is more fighting-focused. However, what we like the most about them is the way they create the whole ambiance of devastation and survival. It’s great!
The Fourth Best – The Elder Scrolls Series.
Developed and published by Bethesda, The Elder Scroll series is the first game that offers the taste of open-world exploration.
In almost every edition of the series, you, the player, are thrown into the world as a complete nobody. Now, it’s your job to fight your way up and become the greatest hero in your epoch.
Apart from a vast world and an engaging storyline, the games also come with a customization feature. So, you can select a class for your character, change their hairstyle, and a lot more.
The Third Best – The Final Fantasy Series.
The FF series is all about offering you the excitement of getting through a massive bossfight and being thrown into another challenge instantly.
Almost each and every game of the series comes with a turn-based fighting sequence, like the Divinity games. However, as a JRPG, it’s more over-the-top as a whole.
The storyline of this series is pretty intense and emotional too. Almost every character here is embarking on a journey without having any knowledge if they can come back alive or not.
But, that’s where the charm of the game lies.
The Second Best – The GTA Series.
If the Elder Scrolls series is the father of open-world gaming, GTA is the son who picked the baton from their hands and expanded it. The storyline of each game is very immersive with loads to do and play for, like substories and all.
And, you’ll have the freedom to do everything, literally E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!
Also, there’s an online version available of the latest game where you can collaborate with another player to raise your criminal empire.
The Best – Super Mario Bros.
Created by Nintendo EAD, Super Mario Bros. has been ruling the gaming industry since the year of 1985. And, it’s still going pretty strong as a whole.
Set in the magical and cartoonish world of Mushroom Kingdom, you play as the protagonist, Mario. And, your goal? To rescue Princess Peach from Bowser, the evil king.
The gaming series, at the beginning, consisted of only two things – running and jumping. But, since then, we have seen an RPG and an open-world version of Mario as well.
Although it may not seem so, the game is quite challenging and, therefore, can be difficult to complete if you aren’t skillful enough. There are some secret locations available in the game as well, which makes the whole environment even more interesting.
The Final Say
In this article, I’ve only mentioned a few popular franchises that’ve been here for quite a long time. However, there are some other options that you might enjoy too. For example, if you’re playing on Nintendo, I’ll ask you to check out the Legend of Zelda series.
It’s a staple on that platform and will offer you a different version of open-world experience as a whole. On the other hand, if you’re playing on PlayStation, don’t forget to check out the God of War series. The badass-ness of Kratos is something off-chart as a whole.
And, you get to explore quite a lot of Norse and Greek mythology as well!
